Mosquito Beater

Mosquito Beater

Blend Description:
This is the “new and improved” version of the basic insect repellent that my Parkland College 2005 Aromatherapy class made for rescuers and first responders working during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. One volunteer even took the trouble to call me to praise the effectiveness of the original blend. This blend, featured on Sara’s appearance on WCIA-TV’s Going Green segment, is comprised of essential oils of tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia), patchouli (Pogestemon cablin) and atlas cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica). You can spray the topical repellent on your ankles, wrists, etc. It can also be applied to the coat of pets to deter fleas. Not for internal use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep away from eyes and out of the reach of children.
